Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking a Landscape Operation Assistant Manager position to be based in Jakarta. The requirements for the position are as follows:

As a Landscape Operations Assistant Manager, you will oversee landscape maintenance and improvement, develop the landscape team, and collaborate with vendors to ensure the property's landscape meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a landscape care and maintenance plan to maintain aesthetic appeal and functionality.
• Develop cost estimates for landscape operations and propose improvements.
• Assist in managing daily landscape operations, including planting, fertilizing, and watering.
• Troubleshoot landscape issues and implement solutions.
• Develop and implement sustainable landscape maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare reports and documentation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Landscape Architecture, Agronomy, or Agriculture.
• Preferred experience in a contracting or development company.
• Minimum five years of experience in landscape architecture, estate management, or horticulture.
• Knowledge of landscape design and construction.
• Proficiency in landscape reporting.
• Ability to manage a large team and oversee extensive areas.
