Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold the quality management system and associated procedures.
  • Spearhead a Continuous Improvement initiative to boost overall efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing QHSE procedures.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes, conduct root cause analysis, and devise corrective strategies.
  • Guarantee adherence to QHSE standards.
  • Manage internal and external audits pertaining to the quality management system, HSE, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver training and development programs to employees focused on quality management systems, HSE, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in system management and business process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Quality Management (TQM).
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
  • Prior experience in an EPC company.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis.
