Your duties encompass overseeing continuous improvement projects, supporting QHSE procedures, maintaining compliance, and providing training.
Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold the quality management system and associated procedures.
- Spearhead a Continuous Improvement initiative to boost overall efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing QHSE procedures.
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes, conduct root cause analysis, and devise corrective strategies.
- Guarantee adherence to QHSE standards.
- Manage internal and external audits pertaining to the quality management system, HSE, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver training and development programs to employees focused on quality management systems, HSE, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in system management and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Previous team management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in an EPC company.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis.
