Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in energy and specialty cables, serving industries like power distribution, telecommunications, and more.

Position Overview:

As a Process Engineer, you will analyze and optimize manufacturing and industrial processes to enhance efficiency and minimize costs. Your role will encompass process design, troubleshooting, optimization, analysis, documentation, quality control, project management, automation, and quality assurance. 

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Lead initiatives to enhance processes, including adopting new technologies and methodologies.
• Identify and resolve production issues to reduce downtime and defects.
• Ensure all processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and management to implement process improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including process changes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineering and production staff.
• Adhere to government regulations and company HSE policies, procedures, and rules.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, electrical, or industrial engineering) is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, ideally within cable manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD tools, and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication abilities.
