The client is a fast-growing company and has successfully brought local products to foreign countries, including spices, coconut, renewable energy, seafood, snacks, beverages, and many more.
Currently looking for a B2C Sales Specialist to generate leads, meet sales targets, and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. The position involves negotiating contracts with clients as well as delivering sales presentations.
As a B2C Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company reach in the e-commerce market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with online customers, and driving the growth of F&B products in the digital space.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the e-commerce segment.
- Stay informed about competitor products, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive online sales and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging online campaigns and promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with online customers through various digital channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns promptly.
- Create compelling product listings and descriptions for online platforms.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to promote F&B products, including social media, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on customer preferences.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team.
- Implement strategies to optimize sales conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the modern retail sector
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the F&B industry or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of e-commerce.
