Job brief

As the PV EPC General Manager, you will oversee and lead a dynamic team comprising Sales, Engineering, and Project Management professionals, with a current headcount of 50+.

Your primary goal is to collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to optimize revenue, profit, and growth through the implementation of Lean Construction strategies. Your responsibilities will also include working in coordination with other divisions to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of EPC projects, and meeting project key performance indicators (on time, on budget, on spec, safety).

Effective manpower planning, standardization, and continuous improvement will be central to your role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Sales, Engineering, and Project Management professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to maximize revenue, profit, and growth through Lean Construction strategies.
  • Coordinate with other divisions to ensure successful EPC project execution.
  • Manage personnel assignment and recruitment for effective manpower planning.
  • Develop, review, and enforce standards, procedures, and policies.
  • Lead the team in continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts.


Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Hold a Master degree is a plus point) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Physics Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar PV EPC or 5 years of experience in Electrical EPC as Senior Management, and leading more than 30 people.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in project delivery, project management, and change management. (Possess PMP certification is a plus)
  • Demonstrate mastery of Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Project.
  • Understanding of basic business processes and cash flow reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Agile and responsive.
  • Strong judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills. 
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Age between 30 - 40 years old.
