About Our Client

Our client is a one-stop solution platform for Indonesian MSMEs to go international. The company focuses on expanding and exporting local products to the global market, supporting the product distribution process, and facilitating financing and capital for potential products.

As the Commercial Strategic Partnerships Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and maintaining strategic partnerships to propel the business toward success. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and establishing partnerships while collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

    1. Partnership Identification:

      • Identify potential partners aligned with the company's strategic goals and business objectives.
      • Stay updated with market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.
    2. Market Research:

      • Conduct thorough market research to assess and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
      • Ensure awareness of market dynamics for proactive identification of strategic alliances.
    3. Compliance Standards:

      • Ensure that all partnership agreements adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
      • Stay informed and compliant with industry regulations to mitigate risks.
    4. Negotiation and Agreement:

      • Perform negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
      • Maintain positive partnerships through effective negotiation and collaboration.
    5. Relationship Management:

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and promptly resolve issues.
      • Foster positive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
    6. Communication and Coordination:

      • Communicate efficiently with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across all related departments.
      • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams for successful execution of joint initiatives.
    7. KPI Monitoring:

      • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners.
      • Monitor partners performances against set targets and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

    1. Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
    2. Excellent team collaboration skills.
    3. Proven track record with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
    4. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    5. Successful experience in negotiating, managing, establishing, and closing strategic partnerships.
    6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas for internal teams and external partners.
    8. Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated to build and maintain positive relationships with the companys partners.
