About Our Client

Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking a Casual Leasing / Marketing position based in Jakarta. The requirements for the position are as follows:

As a Casual Leasing / Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, traffic, and occupancy rate by leasing out temporary commercial spaces and promotional areas within the building. This involves identifying potential tenants, negotiating leases, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and secure tenants or exhibitors for available exhibition spaces to drive mall traffic.
• Achieve and surpass occupancy targets set by mall management.
• Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and tenants offering high-quality products or services.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for lease agreements and correspondence with potential tenants.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to existing and prospective tenants or exhibitors.
• Finalize lease agreements for vacant spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Casual Leasing Supervisor in a reputable shopping mall.
• Strong existing relationships with potential tenants and event organizers.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
