About Our Client

Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking a CSA / Building Inspector position to be based in Jakarta. The requirements for the position are as follows:

As a CSA/Building Inspector, you will ensure that all civil, structural, and architectural work complies with quality standards and regulations. You will collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement quality control measures across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of a high-rise building, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design specifications.
• Implement project plans, drawings, and technical guidelines.
• Plan, manage, and monitor construction activities to meet project objectives.
• Regularly report on construction progress and performance.
• Control the delivery and use of construction materials.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum a diploma or bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Structure Inspector / Finishing Inspector (work on building construction > 20 floors from piling to unit handover).
• Proficiency in quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost analysis (BOQ calculation method, able to create and analyze RAB (building budget plan) and RAP (project budget plan) calculations).
• Solid computer skills, including Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
