About Our Client

Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking a Civil Engineer position to be based in Jakarta. The requirements for the position are as follows:

As a Civil Engineer, you will drive sustainability across the company's real estate projects. Your focus is to incorporate environmentally friendly and intelligent design principles into every phase of development, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure design drawings from initial concept to final construction plans.
• Review and assess the quality of consultant-produced drawings to accelerate and improve the design process.
• Oversee construction to ensure adherence to design specifications, including drawings, quantities, and details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of three years' experience in infrastructure design.
• At least three years of experience in infrastructure consulting (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Strong analytical skills in planning and design.
