About Our Client

Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking an Infrastructure Inspector position to be based in Jakarta. The requirements for the position are as follows:

As an Infrastructure Inspector, you will monitor and assess the performance of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the condition and performance of estate facilities and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement a maintenance schedule, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Assess infrastructure damage and associated repair costs.
• Oversee maintenance and repair work within budget and timeframe.
• Report on project progress and performance.
• Manage material deliveries and control.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum three years' experience as an Infrastructure Inspector, with experience in both large and small-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
