Head of Sales (Personal Care)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial/Sales Head to lead our client's business unit. This key role will drive the company's expansion, develop commercial strategy, manage sales teams, ensure the financial health of the business, and foster team collaboration while working toward the achievement of budget and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the business unit for the Personal Care business in a leading multinational company.
• Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts from the manufacturing industries in Indonesia.
• Proactively hunt for new business development and responsible for lead generation and appointment setting.
• Perform regular research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities to increase sales and expand the business.
• Liaise with internal & external technical teams to support business development and sales strategies.
• Deliver technical expertise to customers.
• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to expand the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• More than 8 years experience in chemicals for personal care business specifically in sales, chemical engineering, and research and development positions.
• Proven experience in leading high-performance sales teams with strong team management skills.
• Highly collaborative and consultative, Consumer-focused, and strong influencing skills
• Possess strong business acumen and commercial finance competencies.
• Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L)
• Proficient in oral and written English communication
