About Our Client:

Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for achieving project goals while managing constraints such as schedules, resources, commitments, technical requirements, and logistics. You will ensure high-quality after-sales service and improve company profitability through exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will maintain regular communication and coordination with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend kick-off meetings for new projects and project coordination.
• Manage all project requirements, including formwork submissions, design, delivery schedules, on-site training, and methodologies.
• Monitor the quality and technical accuracy of work to ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee and manage billing invoices.
• Address formwork concerns to ensure safe and efficient equipment use (supported by Product Support).
• Send reminder notices regarding rental extensions.
• Track return transactions, including charges, and inform clients of any damage reports from yard logistics.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of extensive experience in the formworks industry, including contract management, operations, and logistics.
• Extensive experience as a Formwork/Project Manager and Project Team Leader.
• Knowledge of construction processes and formwork and scaffolding planning.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English.
• Good understanding of material management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured work approach.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
