About Our Client:
Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will drive sales and profitability within your industry by exploring market opportunities and potential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target construction projects.
- Visit project sites to assess the needs of the scaffolding and formwork system.
- Work with the engineering team to create proposals for the required scaffolding and formwork systems.
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Prepare contracts, manage customer payments, and oversee shipments.
- Regularly visit construction sites after sales to provide support and address any questions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in the scaffolding and formwork sector, preferably in sales.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with AutoCAD software is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong flexibility and responsibility.
- Strong professional ethics, open, and trustworthy.
- Self-motivated, independent, and committed.
- Confident with high self-assertion.
- Open-minded with good cultural awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure, including irregular hours.
- Knowledge of commercial aspects such as bids, contracts, payment systems, and shipping methods.
