Position Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our clients facility in Batam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing facility activities, manpower, and utility systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. This role requires a strong technical understanding of building systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and manage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility activities, including managing manpower and schedules for facility operations and maintenance.
• Ensure the smooth running of utility facilities (electricity, water, HVAC).
• Arrange and manage spare parts for facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to utility and other facility-related equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate facility documentation and provide regular reports to the Facility Manager.
• Monitor the progress of facility-related projects and prepare status updates.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
• Coordinate and oversee building maintenance, repairs, and renovations, working with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Diploma in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Facility Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC systems, air compressor systems, exhaust fans, and air treatment processes.
• Familiarity with wastewater treatment plants.
• Proficient in English and willing to be placed in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia.
