About Our Client

Are you a proven Service Delivery expert who can independently manage projects from contract to fulfillment, ensuring financial and operational success? 

We are seeking an independent Service Delivery & Provisioning Specialist to own the deployment cycle for our customers, focusing on achieving "Right First Time" (RFT) and "On Time In Full" (OTIF) outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Independently negotiate and own project timelines with customers, internal engineering teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, and revenue is realized expediently.
  • Take responsibility for financial reconciliation; ensure accurate billing triggers are set in the CRM and lead the QA process for tasks handed off to Finance.
  • Manage routine operational vendor relationships critical for provisioning services and oversee monthly inventory audits and reconciliations autonomously.
  • Act as the primary communication lead with customers, providing transparent status updates and managing expectations throughout the contract-to-fulfillment process.
  • Effectively manage internal resource allocation to balance team workload and maintain a smooth delivery pace.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Service Delivery, Customer Implementation, or Project Coordination within a technical services environment.
  • Documented ability to manage and optimize delivery towards RFT and OTIF metrics.
  • Strong grasp of financial processes, including billing triggers, revenue realization, and quality assurance checks.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholders independently.
