Engio is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist to provide critical administrative and data accuracy support. Your focus will be on ensuring the foundational steps from sales handoff to billing are executed flawlessly, setting the stage for "Right First Time" (RFT) delivery.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high accuracy in the CRM, ensuring all financial and technical information is correctly recorded and ready for the billing (Finance) team.
- Follow established procedures for inventory management, tracking requirements, conducting audits, and assisting with monthly reconciliations.
- Execute the seamless transition of service requests and contracts between Sales Enablement, Operational Delivery, and Finance, strictly adhering to established checklists and SOPs.
- Provide administrative support to senior specialists, including updating project statuses, managing documentation, and actively learning our range of technical products and delivery workflows.
Requirements
- 0 - 2 years in sales support, administration, or a similar detail-oriented role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accurate data entry.
- A Diploma or certification in a relevant business or IT field.
- A strong commitment to Speed and Accuracy and an eagerness to learn delivery methodologies rooted in the ITIL framework.
