Engio is partnering with an innovative Australian-based company to hire a dedicated Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
You will be the frontline technical expert, providing essential Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end-users across various platforms and applications. This role requires flexibility to work rotational shifts, ensuring seamless support aligned with Australian business hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Desktop Support function.
- Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proficiency with remote support tools and ticket management systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English a non-negotiable requirement for interacting with the global team and users.
- Ability to adapt to a rotational shift roster.
Technical Certifications
While not mandatory, candidates possessing the following certifications will be prioritized:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-102)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+
- ITIL 4 Foundation
