For our client Sibelga, we are looking for a SALESFORCE release manager.

Within the IT department, the Unit 1 - Customer Domain aims to support the processes and Salesforce applications for managing customer interactions for Sibelga (Counter opening & closing, Work customer request and offer, claims, request information,...) within various channel such like the phone, email, the web portal and whatsapp.

We are looking for a Salesforce release manager to manage all the deployment & environment at Sibelga for our projects and to manage corrective & evolutive maintenance on the current deployed applications (Salesforce Service cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud).

The consultant will interact with our functional analysts, Salesforce technical lead and partners in charge of the Salesforce projects and maintenances.

The mission will be done in Time & Materials in our offices, or in Homeworking, following the Sibelga rules (3 days per week on site).

Certification: Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect

Certification: Salesforce Field Service Consultant

Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II

Fluent in English

Proven experience in Salesforce deployment lifecycle

Proven experience with Jenkins

Proven experience with React

Proven experience with Salesforce

Certification: Salesforce Administrator

Fluent in French or Dutch

Proven experience in apex coding

Proven Experience with Rest services

Proven experience with salesforce communities

Proven Experience with TFS or Azure AD Dev Ops (nice to have)

What are the technical skills expected for the mission ?

- Excellent expertise and experience in Salesforce deployment & environment branching process
- Good understanding of Jenkins & Microsoft TFS/Azure DEV OPS.
- Abilty to configure & develop in Salesforce platform (java script, flow, apex code, and front end included)
- Ability to identify incident/problem root cause.
- Fix apex code and flow issues.
- Master Data mass Creation/modifications (Service Catalogue, Timesheet, SA,) via tools like Inspector
- Administration of Users, User profiles, permission sets, User groups, User queue
- Object Manager: clear understanding of all possibilities about fields set up, page layout and lightening page, Validation rules,
- Ability to work in Agile
- Knowledge of jreact or Salesforce Lightning Web runtine is a plus.

The mission consists in :
1) Release Management activities related to the effective management of written or modified source code, by using Sibelga tools (TFS/Jenkins as described in Chapter 2):
- Source code version control in TFS (Microsoft) and later on in Microsoft Azure DEVOPS tool;
- Management of packages specific to each release;
- Specific release notes completion for each release;
- Automatic build and deployment management (where possible);
- Communication with dedicated teams for the implementation, maintenance and evolution of elements specific to development and
build environments;
- Completion of deployment procedures (IMP and SWI). These procedures must contain the level of detail necessary for Sibelga to
itself execute the deployment of the written or modified source code;
- Execute deployment (packages and configuration) in different environments (TST, ACC and PRD) relying exclusively on
deployment procedures.
- Supporting Sibelga if it performs the deployment itself;
- Maintaining environment planning for the unit.
- Interface with the rest of Sibelga IT community when there is a related Salesforce deployment topic.
- Performing monitoring & impact analysis especially when Salesforce perform new technical upgrade of the package.

2) Corrective & evolutive maintenance:
- fix incident on production
- work on project implementation by performing technical design, configuration & Apex development.
- Develop new front end page for our customer community portal (jreact and later Lightning Web Runtime
