IAM solution architect, functional analyst, expert technology architect

A client in the banking sector is looking for a team of 3 people that has previously worked together to design a new IAM approach.

We are looking for a team of 3 IAM specialists: solution architect, functional analyst and expert technology architect.  All 3 functions are senior functions.

The team should work together to design a new IAM approach with the following architecture:

The target architecture will specify required IGA capabilities for dynamic, policy-driven access control (RBAC/ABAC) in a Zero Trust model. It will include conceptual and logical architecture diagrams, evaluate centralized versus federated IAM, define integration patterns with authoritative sources and security tools, and outline hybrid and multi-cloud design principles. This future state specifically defines an authentication strategy: A comprehensive Zero Trust-enabled authentication strategy will cover MFA methods, assurance levels, hardware tokens, adaptive authentication, and protocols like SAML, OIDC, and FIDO2, tailored to the bank's IT environment.

The target state will include defined processes for onboarding, access requests, periodic reviews, role-based access control, de-provisioning, and compliance support. An IAM governance structure will clarify roles and responsibilities across IT, Security, Compliance, and Business functions, ensuring enforcement of Zero Trust policies and defining the operating model.
