Mission:
Define and implement communication, training, and stakeholder management actions as needed.
Create clear and engaging communication materials (in collaboration with the communications team and project analysts).
Organize events.
Assess the needs and impacts of ongoing projects and initiatives in terms of change management, taking into account potential evolutions.
Define an appropriate change plan in close collaboration with the team manager and program/project managers.
Identify activities and resources required to successfully deliver change initiatives.
Influence and persuade stakeholders: proactive, autonomous, independent, curious, creative, determined, patient, open-minded, confident yet receptive to daily feedback, and acting with integrity.
Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to operate in complex and changing environments, both internally and externally.
Strong organizational skills (structured, synthetic, accessible, precise, ).
Ability to connect with all levels of the organization in high-resistance environments.
Be present with operational teams to deliver messages, capture needs, and act as a bridge with project and leadership teams.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.
Experience with project management methodologies and standard project lifecycle.
Support the Corporate Change Manager in defining the action plan to foster a change-oriented culture within the company.
Contribute to the development and positioning of the team and department by supporting various projects, initiatives, workshops, and other activities.
Develop adoption approaches for technological solutions.
Analyze impacts and assess end-user readiness.
Support the Culture Office in cultural initiatives and change.
Simplify Change Office processes and support crisis management activities.
Facilitate coaching workshops and team sessions.
Promote and develop AGILE approaches within supported projects.
Work with public stakeholders.
Provide support to technical teams (field technicians or digital teams).
Vaardigheden
Perfect knowledge of one of the 2 national language (FR or NL)
Must have
Proven experience applying PROSCI or ADKAR methodologies
Must have
Proven experience as change manager
Must have
Proven experience in change management within a Belgian public service organization
Must have
Proven experience in developing and implementing an organizational-level change strategy
Must have
Proven experience in managing a team dedicated to Change Management
Must have
Proven experience in managing suppliers and external stakeholders within the scope of a change project
Must have
Proven experience in organizational and strategic change management
Must have
Proven experience in supporting and coaching Teamleads during organizational transformations
Must have
Proven experience in supporting and managing change with technical teams (technicians and field staff)
Must have
Certification in Change Management (ADKAR / PROSCI)
Good Knowledge of English
Proven experience in change impact analysis
