.NET Developer WPF (Employed or freelance)

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to strengthen a development team working on business-critical applications and core platform components. In this role, you will deliver robust software solutions, apply established development standards, and contribute to the further evolution of modern applications and services.

• Develop and maintain applications and platform components in .NET
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code in line with agreed standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing applications and services
• Work closely with the wider development team on technical delivery

📝 Your profile

You combine strong technical expertise with a proactive and collaborative way of working.

• Strong experience with .NET 8, .NET 9 and .NET 10
• Solid knowledge of Entity Framework Core
• Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
• Good command of SQL Server, MongoDB and RabbitMQ
• Experience with Microservices Architecture is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• You take ownership and responsibility for your work
• You can work independently and are also an effective team player
• You have a solution-oriented and proactive mindset

🌍 Languages

• French with passive knowledge of Dutch, or Dutch with passive knowledge of French
• Very good command of English

📍 Location

Based in the Brussels region, with a hybrid setup of 2 days on site and 3 days remote per week.
