📋 Tasks and responsibilities
The Gestionnaire plays a key role in the success of organisational change such as changes to business processes and organisational structure. His mission is to prepare the organisation for change to realise maximum benefits and to mitigate any negative impacts to both internal people and external customers.
He will implement change management strategy to ensure a faster rate of adoption and minimising
resistance to change.
He will support the implementation of projects aimed at digitizing client processes via IT solutions.
The Gestionnaire will work with people across all levels of our organisation. He will provide support and coaching advice to executives and people managers to help them in the change.
Required knowledge:
Change manager profile in the context of the introduction of new IT applications and solutions.
Required experience:
Experience in change management methods provided by the introduction of IT solutions.
Skills:
Good knwledge of change management principles, techniques & tools.
Good facilitation and influencing skills.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Good communications skills.
Analytical & critical mindset.
Good problem-solving mindset.
Team player & able to collaborate with others.
Knowledge in Health&Care sector.
