SAS data scientist / developer (Freelance possible)

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

As part of a project, the candidate must be able to :
- design the technical solution on the basis of the functional specifications provided by the analysis team
- develop SAS Data Integration Studio routines and chaining scripts to transfer data from source operational systems to the DWH target system;
- create of ETL packages ;
- test of ETL routines and integration tests;
- ensure that the results of the ETL process meet the technical specifications (in close collaboration with the BI analysts);
- create the documents required by the SDLC
- create procedures.
- create Python code to support data science processes
- understand other data scientist/power user approache on data science use cases

📝Your profile

• Fluent FR or NL
• Proven experience as SAS Developer / Data Analyst
• Proven experience with Exadata
• Proven experience with Oracle
• Proven experience with Python
• Proven experience with SAS Data Integration
• Proven experience with VTOM
• Fluent in English
• Master diploma
• Proven experience in a DGO in Belgium
• Proven experience in the Energy sector
• Proven experience with another ETL tool than SAS DI (Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator,...)
• Proven experience with SAS Enterprise Guide
• Proven experience with SAS Viya
