📋 Tasks and responsibilities

Adoption Lead for Digital Dealer Solutions

📌 Mission:

As Adoption Manager, you take end-to-end ownership of turning knowledge into effective adoption across a dealer network. Your focus is to ensure that new digital tools, functionalities and ways of working are not just launched, but clearly understood, implemented correctly and sustainably used in the field.

You work closely with dealer-facing teams, product and process stakeholders, project teams and representatives from the dealer network. In this role, you connect central initiatives with field execution and help convert digital roll-outs into measurable business value.

Your mission

Your objective is to make sure digital initiatives reach the network in a way that is actionable, consistent and timely, so users are properly prepared before go-live.

Your key responsibilities

Prepare the network for change

  • Build a pragmatic adoption plan for relevant digital initiatives before go-live, including target groups, communication, enablement, KPIs and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the communication team to support clear, consistent and timely messaging towards the network.
  • Identify upcoming changes early by engaging proactively with product, process and project teams.
  • Represent the perspective of the dealer network and assess whether solutions, communication and training are sufficiently ready for successful field implementation.

Enable the DRM team and the 1st line service desk

  • Organise train-the-trainer sessions so dealer-facing teams understand new tools, functionalities and expected ways of working before deployment.
  • Translate central project information into practical, ready-to-use field material such as presentations, training packages, FAQs, implementation guides, talking points and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure the teams involved have the knowledge, tools and Office 365 and SharePoint-based material needed to deploy initiatives consistently.

Create an active dealer adoption community

  • Set up and facilitate a recurring adoption forum with dealer representatives, including Digital Project Managers and key users.
  • Use this community to prepare launches, gather field feedback, detect adoption barriers and exchange best practices.
  • Connect dealer feedback to the right internal stakeholders and follow up on gaps, issues and improvement opportunities.

Monitor and improve adoption

  • Track implementation and adoption across the network and identify where extra support or corrective action is needed.
  • Maintain clear adoption KPIs, implementation trackers and reporting.
  • Apply a consistent Communicate - Enable - Monitor - Improve approach across initiatives.
  • Turn feedback, user journey insights, knowledge gaps and identified issues into concrete improvement actions with clear ownership.

📝 Your profile

You are a hands-on, structured and collaborative adoption professional who is comfortable operating between central teams and a dealer network.

  • You have experience in change management, adoption, digital transformation or network enablement.
  • You combine a well-structured approach with strong operational roll-out capability.
  • You are comfortable facilitating workshops, training sessions and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • You can translate complex project or product information into simple, practical material for field teams.
  • You take initiative and actively collect the information you need to move adoption forward.
  • You are able to challenge project and product teams constructively from an adoption and readiness perspective.
  • You bring a critical mindset, solid stakeholder management and strong collaboration skills.
  • You communicate clearly and can engage both internal stakeholders and dealer representatives.
  • You are comfortable working with adoption metrics and translating data and feedback into actions.
  • Experience with structured change or adoption methodologies such as ADKAR is a strong asset.
  • Experience in an automotive, dealer, retail or franchise network environment is a plus.
  • Experience with digital tools, large end-user populations and user journey thinking is an asset.
  • You work fluently in Dutch or French, with a good command of English.

What success looks like

Digital initiatives reach the network in a prepared and actionable way. Dealer-facing teams have the material and guidance they need, dealer representatives are actively involved in the adoption process, gaps become visible early, and new tools result in measurable and sustainable usage in the field. This role goes beyond communication or training alone and carries end-to-end responsibility for organisational readiness before change reaches the network.
