Functional Analyst Billing (SAP IS-U)

Within an agile, multidisciplinary environment, you act as the link between business needs and technical implementation. You analyse requirements, translate them into end-to-end solutions, and help ensure that the proposed approach meets customer expectations in an efficient and sustainable way.

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions within SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• Act as the main functional contact between business stakeholders and technical/configuration teams.
• Contribute to iterative delivery cycles to support rapid implementation and business value.
• Monitor and analyse incidents and defects, and identify the appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare and execute tests in close collaboration with colleagues and other teams.
• Assess dependencies across processes and systems to safeguard end-to-end consistency.
• Facilitate discussions and meetings to clarify needs, align stakeholders, and support decision-making.
• Continuously seek efficiency improvements and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

📝 Your profile

• You have strong experience with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• You have knowledge of the Belgian utilities market and related messaging flows.
• You are trilingual in English, Dutch and French, with excellent command of English and either Dutch or French.
• You have strong analytical skills and can identify, assess and manage dependencies.
• You are able to evaluate requirements and proposed solutions from an end-to-end perspective.
• You listen actively and work with a customer-focused mindset.
• You are comfortable facilitating meetings and giving presentations to groups.
• You enjoy working in sprint-based environments and have an agile way of thinking.
