Business Analyst Energy (Freelance possible)

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

Within our Agile organization, you are part of a multidisciplinary team (Marketeers, Analysts, Process Engineers,…), you act as the ‘bridge’ between the business-profiles / requirement-solution and technical-profiles / configuration-build.
As FUNCTIONAL ANALYST point of contact you analyse and translate requirements into end-to-end solutions, that meet the customer needs and are cost-efficient.

Iteratively you realize solutions to ensure rapid time to market and immediate value.
You monitor & analyse incidents, defects & identify the necessary actions to resolve.
You execute test in collaboration with other teams and colleagues.
You continuously strive for efficiency and excellent customer experiences"
