Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Technical Implementation & Support 

  • Execute baseline configurations and deployments following SOPs. 
  • Perform L1 incident response, diagnostics, log collection and escalate as required. 
  • Proactive conduct daily monitoring, health checks and preventive maintenance. 
  • Support Managed Services operational tasks including checklist, service logs and patch validation. 
  • Execute QA & testing tasks following standard checklists. 
  • Maintain accurate issue logs and report recurrent problems to seniors. 

2. Customer Coordination & Communication 

  • Provide customer updates under supervision and log requirements accurately
  • Participate in customer calls for technical updates and requirement clarification 
  • Prepare customer presentations, technical reports and troubleshooting summaries

3. Collaboration with Senior Engineers, Specialists & Architects

  • Work with CDM/SDM to align on operational expectations 
  • Support Senior Specialists in requirement validation and technical clarifications
  • Support Solutions Architects by preparing documentation, diagrams and deployment artifacts
  • Participate in internal review sessions and learn architectural best practices 

4. Operational Tasks & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain deployment notes, KBs, runbooks and SOPs
  • Assist in updating knowledge bases and technical guides 
  • Identify improvements in SOPs and operational processes
  • Participate in continuous learning with partners, vendors and Microsoft 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Diploma with 3 years working experiences in relevant field.
  • Experience in an enterprise or SI environment (Microsoft preferred) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
  • Microsoft Certification with experience in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 as a bonus.
  • Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement, good interpersonal skills with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
  • Must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement when required.
