Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

As a Procurement Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement activities team, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement processes, managing vendor relationships and optimizing purchasing strategies to meet the company's objectives. 

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing hardware, software and other material required for projects. 
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand procurement needs and prioritize purchases accordingly. 
  • Stay Informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new products to make informed procurement decisions. 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations.
