Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator and play a vital role in driving company sales to new heights. As a detail-oriented professional, you will work closely with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to coordinate sales activities, manage tender preparations, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your efforts will ensure order satisfaction, boost staff motivation, and streamline administrative tasks, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Be a key player in our success and help us achieve remarkable sales results!

  • Improve sales team productivity by assigning leads from various sources phone, email, web and referrals.
  • Occasionally arrange appointments or calls for Sales or Executive to qualify opportunity from leads.
  • Prepare high-quality, updated supporting documents for tender submissions.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and business ethics.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science, or a related field. Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and basic business acumen.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed for tender deadlines.
