Finance Operation – AP/ AR/ GL/ Asset
- Oversee accounting transactions, ensuring they comply with internal and external standards.
- Review and manage general ledger account reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate recording of fixed asset transactions and lease accounting.
- Manage billing-related tasks.
- Supervise daily operations, including monthly account closure and accounts payable/receivable.
- Provide guidance on general ledger accounting issues to the finance team.
- Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Implement and enforce accounting standards and policies.
- Review procedures and recommend improvements for best practices, including internal controls, and administer the Chart of Accounts.
Reporting & Taxation
- Deliver financial reports to management promptly.
- Create a report for the monthly management meeting.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants, and other authorities pertaining to statutory requirements or financial matters.
- Analyze management and financial reports, highlight key findings, and offer recommendations to management.
- Generate monthly audited-format reports for management.
- Keep the Balance Sheet schedule up to date and ensure reconciliation.
- Review and prepare provisional current tax computation for monthly & year-end financial reporting.
- Prepare quarterly Corporate Tax revision to IRB – CP 204.
- Compile, verify and ensure proper execution for SST submission.
- Review and check year-end tax computation prepared by Tax agent.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent business experience with more than 4 years
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Deadline Management: Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and providing exemplary service with a positive attitude.
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Results-oriented and self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good business acumen and time management skills.
