About the job Partner Operations (Internship)
Job Responsibility:
- Partner Recruitment: Identify and engage potential partners through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Conduct assessments to determine the suitability of prospective partners for our program.
- Partner Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to effectively represent our products and services.
- Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our offerings. Managing escalation issues with the support of internal team.
- Pricing and Proposal Preparation: To prepare and provide proposal and commercial pricing for partners, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with partners to create joint sales strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new partner leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations, product demonstrations and updates to partners, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless partner experience and to leverage resources for joint marketing efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partner sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective partner engagement and sales strategies. Track progress and report on results regularly.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of partnership ecosystems or business operations is a plus.
- Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
