Job Description:
- Define and design scalable secure, and high-performance architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure.
- Lead cloud adoption and migration strategies, including hybrid and multi-cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical Azure solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and governance for Azure-based solution implementations.
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory standards in Azure environments.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to evaluate emerging Azure technologies.
- Architect and optimize Azure infrastructure to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of Azure cloud solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay up to date with Azure innovations, identifying new opportunities for cloud optimization and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure and application issues.
- Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge-sharing sessions on Azure best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on infrastructure design and implementation experience.
- 3 years or more of experience in Cloud Architecture and/or Operations, preferably with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environment is advantageous.
- Experienced in architecting infrastructure solutions on Azure for Linux/Unix and Windows, with expertise in server, load balancing, HA/DR, and storage architectures and Azure services such as Kubernetes, Dockers, Functions, Azure SQL/MI.
- Knowledge of automated DevOps release management pipeline is a plus.
- Azure certification is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel for short-term and long-term project assignments, understanding the consulting lifestyle.
