Our client is a nonprofit regional healthcare trade organization representing more than 50 hospitals and health systems (rural, small community safety-net providers to large, academic medical centers), spanning over 28,000 square miles, across 32 counties of Upstate NY.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with 2-3 years of clinical pharmacy experience and a current New York State pharmacist license. This full-time role involves dispensing medications and working closely with patients and healthcare teams in a hospital setting. 

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medication and pharmaceutical supplies according to department policies.  

Communicate with patients, families, employees, medical staff, and management.
