Senior Product Engineer (On-site, Berlin)

Our client is a well-funded, rapidly growing startup based in Berlin, building a next-generation engineering platform for AI-powered applications. Their mission is to help developers understand user behavior and improve their AI/LLM-based tools through better observability and feedback.

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage company and play a key role in shaping a leading platform in the AI developer tools space.

What You'll Do:

• Own and ship major product features end-to-end

• Work closely with the founding team on technical architecture and product direction
• Test features with users, iterate based on feedback, and write internal documentation
• Collaborate across the stack- data ingestion, backend workflows, and frontend UI
• Help drive product improvements based on usage data and developer needs
• Talk to customers & clients, do technical planning and implementation.

Tech Environment:

• Full-stack in TypeScript (modern monolith architecture)

• T3 Stack including NextJs, Tailwind, Prisma, tRPC), Clickhouse, Postgres

• UI built with a component-first approach

• Backend frameworks using modern tools and patterns

• High-throughput databases for event ingestion and analysis

• SDKs in Python and TypeScript

Familiarity with this stack is ideal, but fast learners with strong fundamentals are welcome.

You're a Strong Fit If You:

• Have 3-5+ years in PM and full-stack or backend-heavy roles

• Take pride in building fast, clean, and scalable systems

• Thrive in lean, high-ownership environments

• Are excited about working closely with users and iterating quickly

• Care about building developer-first products

Bonus Points:

• Experience in UI/UX or developer experience (DX)

• Previous startup or founder experience

• Background or interest in ML/AI and developer tooling
