Summary

The QC Technician is responsible to verify the product meets specified requirement prior to shipping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. 

Daily Responsibilities 

  • Perform inspection and report any abnormal issue.
  • Check product information is correct.
  • Make sure the product meets the system requirement before shipping out: label, revision, information tracking under system.
  • Package product as requirement.
  • Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement.
  • Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day.
  • Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily.
  • Follow 5S standard.
  • Utilize the company's time to be efficient and productive. This is including the punctuality from break and personal matter.
  • When required, work assignment can changed based on project needs like inspection, testing, data input.


Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Requires basic Excel computer skills
  • QC/Inspection experience is a plus

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to sit for long periods. Employee must be able to lift objects approximately up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
