Job Referral Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Job Referral Program at Employ Me. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our job referral program. By referring candidates or being referred, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Definitions
- "Referrer" refers to a user of the Career Portal who refers a job candidate.
- "Referee" refers to the job candidate who is referred by the Referrer.
- "Referral" refers to the process of recommending a candidate for a job through our portal.
3. Eligibility
- Referrers: You must be a registered user of the Career Portal to participate in the referral program.
- Referees: The candidate being referred must not have applied for the position through any other means or been previously employed by the company.
4. Referral Process
- Submission: Referrers must submit the referral through the Career Portal’s designated referral system, providing accurate and complete information about the Referee.
- Verification: All referrals are subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject referrals that do not meet the program criteria.
5. Rewards and Incentives
- Eligibility for Rewards: Referrers may be eligible for rewards if their referred candidate is hired and completes the minimum employment period specified in the reward offer.
- Reward Details: The type and amount of rewards will be specified in the referral program details and may include cash bonuses, gift cards, or other incentives.
- Payment: Rewards will be paid out within 60 days after the Referee completes the required employment period. All rewards are subject to applicable taxes.
6. Referrer Responsibilities
- Accuracy: Referrers must ensure that all information provided about the Referee is accurate and truthful.
- Compliance: Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the referral program.
7. Referee Responsibilities
- Application: Referees must apply for the job through the Career Portal or as instructed by the Referrer.
- Honesty: Referees must provide truthful and accurate information during the application and hiring process.
8. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the job referral program at any time, including changes to the reward structure, eligibility criteria, or referral process. Any changes will be communicated through the Career Portal.
9. Confidentiality
Referrers and Referees must maintain the confidentiality of any information related to the job referral process and must not disclose such information to third parties without proper authorization.
10. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the job referral program will be resolved in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions of the Career Portal, and in compliance with Australian law.
