Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Boilermaker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to blueprints and specifications. They will also be required to perform maintenance and repair work on various structures and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements - Fabricate and weld metal components using various tools and equipment - Perform maintenance and repair work on structures and equipment, including but not limited to boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels - Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and specifications - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment - Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used - Keep work area clean and organized at all times Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Boilermaker in a similar role - Trade qualification in Boilermaking or equivalent - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings - Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Physically fit and able to work in a variety of environments - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and drug/alcohol screening Why Work for Us: At Employ Me ATS, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
