What the role involves:

• Expanding workshop and production capabilities
• Utilizing your trade skills and industry knowledge to perform operational activities to the highest standard
• Plenty of OT available
• Using your experience to guide and teach apprentices coming through

What We're Looking For:

• CNC trade qualified machinist
• MAZAK and FANUC control an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• A commitment to safety and adhering to all company policies.
