About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Technician to join our team in Mackay, QLD. In this role, you will provide technical support to civil engineers and project teams, ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist civil engineers in planning, designing, and managing construction projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and collect data for project analysis.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with schedules and budgets.
- Test materials and ensure they meet required standards.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare detailed reports.

What Were Looking For
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification/experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of civil construction materials and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites.
