**Job Overview:**

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brands visibility, engage our audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of social media trends and analytics, coupled with the ability to create compelling content and campaigns. The ideal candidate will also be adept at managing multiple social media accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Strategy Development:** Create and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- **Content Creation:** Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).

- **Campaign Management:** Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversion.

- **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve results.

- **Community Engagement:** Foster a positive online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing online discussions.

- **Brand Voice:** Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.

- **Trend Analysis:** Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement innovative approaches to enhance social media presence.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in social media marketing, including managing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.

- Experience in GoHighLevel CRM

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
