**Job Description:**

As a Senior Sales Representative (Team Lead) at Empire Business, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives while actively contributing to sales activities. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Team Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

- **Sales Strategy:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.

- **Client Acquisition:** Take an active role in acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness. Use CRM tools and analytics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives. Share market feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements.

- **Training & Development:** Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques to provide the team with relevant information and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Proven experience in a senior sales role with a track record of success in achieving sales targets. Prior experience leading a sales team is highly desirable.

- **Sales Skills:** Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies. Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.

- **Leadership:** Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop sales professionals to achieve their best performance.

- **Analytical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.

- **Education:** Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional sales training or certifications are a plus.
