**Position Overview:**

Empire Business is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our team. This commission-heavy role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into scheduled meetings for our top-performing real estate agents. Your success will be rewarded with competitive commissions based on the appointments you set and their subsequent conversions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Lead Contact and Qualification:**

- Initiate contact with warm leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms.

- Qualify leads based on their readiness to engage with our services, understanding their real estate needs and goals.

- Gather relevant information to ensure that appointments are tailored to the leads interests and requirements.

2. **Appointment Scheduling:**

- Propose and coordinate appointment times that align with both the leads and agents schedules.

- Utilize CRM and scheduling tools to efficiently manage appointments and track interactions.

- Confirm and remind leads and agents about scheduled appointments to minimize no-shows.

3. **Communication and Follow-Up:**

- Maintain professional and engaging communication with leads throughout the appointment-setting process.

- Handle objections and concerns with effective solutions to keep leads interested and committed.

- Perform follow-up activities to ensure leads are properly guided through the scheduling process.

4. **Database Management:**

- Update and manage lead information, appointment statuses, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

- Provide regular updates and reports on lead activity, appointment outcomes, and performance metrics.

5. **Collaboration:**

- Work closely with real estate agents to understand their scheduling needs and preferences.

- Share insights and feedback on lead quality and appointment effectiveness to help refine strategies.

6. **Customer Service:**

- Deliver outstanding service to leads, demonstrating professionalism and a genuine interest in their needs.

**Qualifications:**
