Job Description
As an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) at Empathic Care Plus Services, you will be responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. Your role will include curriculum planning, child assessment, and parent-teacher communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement educational activities and programs
- Assess children's developmental needs and milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Qualifications
- ECE Diploma or Degree
- Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in diverse healthcare and social care settings
- Proof of valid CPR and First Aid
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Strong ethical standards, a heartfelt passion for caregiving, characterized by a deep sense of empathy
- Flexibility to work across various establishments in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding locales
