Job Description

As an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) at Empathic Care Plus Services, you will be responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. Your role will include curriculum planning, child assessment, and parent-teacher communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement educational activities and programs
  • Assess children's developmental needs and milestones
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Qualifications

  • ECE Diploma or Degree
  • Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in diverse healthcare and social care settings
  • Proof of valid CPR and First Aid
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Strong ethical standards, a heartfelt passion for caregiving, characterized by a deep sense of empathy
  • Flexibility to work across various establishments in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding locales
