Job Description
As a Child and Youth Worker (CYW) at Empathic Care Plus Services, you will be instrumental in providing support to children and youth facing various challenges. Your role will include behavior management, emotional support, and educational assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Implement behavior management plans Provide emotional and educational support Facilitate group activities and programs Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Qualifications
- Diploma in Child and Youth Work
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proof of valid CPR and First Aid
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Strong ethical standards, a heartfelt passion for caregiving, characterized by a deep sense of empathy
- Flexibility to work across various establishments in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding locales
