Job Description
As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at Empathic Care Plus Services, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing practical nursing care to our clients in various settings. Your role will include administering medications, wound care, and assisting in patient education.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of an RN
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning
- Provide basic wound care and other practical nursing procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Qualifications
- Current RPN license in Ontario
- Minimum of 1 year of practical nursing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in diverse healthcare settings
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- A heartfelt passion for caregiving, characterized by a deep sense of empathy
- Flexibility to work across various establishments in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding locales
