Job Description
As a Community Service Worker (CSW) at Empathic Care Plus Services, you will be instrumental in providing support to individuals and families in need. Your role will include case management, resource coordination, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and develop care plans
- Coordinate resources and services for clients

Qualifications
- Diploma in Community Service Work
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in diverse healthcare and social care settings
- Proof of valid CPR and First Aid
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Strong ethical standards, a heartfelt passion for caregiving, characterized by a deep sense of empathy
