Job Description

As a Developmental Service Worker (DSW) at Empathic Care Plus Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include personal care, skill development, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Developmental Service Work
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proof of valid CPR and First Aid
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Strong ethical standards, a heartfelt passion for caregiving, characterized by a deep sense of empathy
