Role Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key client accounts in the Financial Services Industry (FSI). This role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves working closely with clients to drive account growth, increase retention, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of account management experience within the FSI sector, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills, a strategic approach to client engagement, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned FSI client accounts, developing deep insights into their business needs and challenges.

  • Develop and execute account plans outlining strategies for growth and retention.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or services to clients.

  • Proactively engage with clients, address their concerns, and provide personalized support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Performance Management

  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Stay informed about FSI trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities that could impact client accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations and a consistent client experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.

  • 5 years of proven experience in account management, with a track record of managing and growing client accounts.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering cloud solutions and digital transformation services specifically within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively understand and address client needs.

  • Strong business acumen, deep understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.

  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to proactively engage with clients and deliver exceptional service.

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the MENA region, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

  • Familiarity with data sovereignty and residency requirements in Saudi Arabia.

  • Experience in the financial service industry (FSI) or providing cloud solutions to financial institutions.
