Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all technical and

    compliance requirements are met.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during onboarding.
  • Educate clients about the platform's features and functionality to enhance usability.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address client-specific needs.
  • Develop onboarding materials, including tutorials, FAQs, and guides.

  • Continuously refine onboarding workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management within the cryptocurrency or financial sectors.
