Role Overview
The Client Onboarding Manager will serve as a critical link between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. The role involves direct interaction with new clients, troubleshooting onboarding issues, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all technical and
compliance requirements are met.- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during onboarding.
- Educate clients about the platform's features and functionality to enhance usability.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address client-specific needs.
Develop onboarding materials, including tutorials, FAQs, and guides.
Continuously refine onboarding workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management within the cryptocurrency or financial sectors.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and blockchain technologies is an advantage.
- Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
