Role Overview

Our client seeks a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager (CRM) to optimize their sales operations and empower their sales team for success. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will be responsible for managing and enhancing the CRM system, streamlining sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing valuable insights to drive better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

  • Own CRM implementation, overseeing setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the CRM.

  • Identify and implement additional sales tools as needed to enhance productivity.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to leverage CRM data for effective campaigns and lead management.

Sales Operations Management

  • Generate timely and accurate sales performance reports, analyzing key metrics to provide insights for decision-making.

  • Ensure the availability of real-time performance dashboards for the sales team.

  • Assist in sales forecasting by verifying data accuracy and providing input to improve forecast accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand market dynamics and sales pipeline.

  • Continuously review and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency.

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that save time and resources.

  • Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs) related to sales operations processes.

  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and take corrective actions as needed.

Sales Enablement

  • Support sales training and onboarding programs.

  • Document best practices and share them with the sales team to improve performance.

  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Sales Content Creation

  • Create and maintain sales enablement content such as pitch decks, case studies, and product sheets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing CRM systems, with hands-on experience in Salesforce or similar platforms.

  • Proven track record of contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the MENA region.

  • Familiarity with data sovereignty and residency requirements in Saudi Arabia.

  • Experience with cloud technology and digital transformation solutions.
